1. Data controller

The controller is FP High s.r.o., registered office Školská 660/3, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Česká republika, company ID 29684056, entered in the Czech commercial register: Městský soud v Praze, oddíl C, vložka 450737. Neplátce DPH / not registered for VAT.

2. What data we process

This is a static website. It has no sign-up, no user accounts, no payments, no forms, no chat and no newsletter. We do not actively collect anything from you and we store nothing in your browser.

Application HTTP access logging is disabled on the current server and its output is discarded, so the operator does not create its own visit history from ordinary page requests. The infrastructure provider may separately process necessary account, security and operational records under its own terms; those records may include an IP address, event time and technical request data.

3. Purpose of processing

• Operating this website and delivering its content.
• Security: detecting and preventing attacks, abuse and excessive load.
• Diagnosing technical faults and outages.

4. Legal basis

Any necessary security and operational records kept by the infrastructure provider are based on the legitimate interest in operating the service securely and reliably under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The age gate on adult content works only in the browser's memory for the duration of your visit. It is not written to cookies or any other storage and produces no record on our side.

5. Retention

Application HTTP access-log configuration: Caddy access logging is disabled on the self-managed VPS; QDE states that it does not retain server access or traffic logs. Any records kept directly by the infrastructure provider follow its own policy; a specific incident may require longer retention while it is handled.

6. Recipients and processors

This website's infrastructure is provided by QDE — Ryzen Mini KVM VPS in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The allocation of roles and any processing of security or operational records is governed by the provider agreement and data-processing terms.

We disclose the data to no other recipient. We do not sell it and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

7. Transfers outside the EU and EEA

The website runs on infrastructure inside the European Union. We transfer no data to third countries or international organisations. Should that change, the specific country and the Chapter V GDPR safeguard will be stated here.

8. Cookies, analytics and third-party content

Before consent, Google Analytics 4 sends limited cookieless signals. After consent, the website uses analytics storage for more complete visit measurement. Advertising storage and personalised advertising remain disabled; you can change consent at any time in cookie settings.

The site links to external profiles (OnlyFans, Instagram, TikTok, X). Following a link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy policy and its own cookies. We are not responsible for their processing.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access to your data and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Write to hello@follpeak.com to exercise them; we respond within one month. Note that without further details (typically the IP address and the exact time of the visit) we cannot link a log entry to a particular person. In that case we may ask you for additional information under Article 11 GDPR, or the request cannot be met.
